Overview
What it is and who it is for
The Pendant is 9.2 mm thick and clips to a collar, a lanyard or a bag. The supplied material identifies the two things that matter for anything worn: it has to be small enough to be comfortable, and it has to last long enough that nobody has to think about it.
A year of life on a coin cell, and IP65 so rain and a splash are not a problem.
Tagon tags are SIM card-free. They report their position by Bluetooth to nearby finder devices, which pass an encrypted location on to the cloud. You get a position without paying for a data plan on every tag.

Fitting the Tagon Pendant
Four steps. Most installs take about a minute.
Attach
Clip the pendant to the collar, lanyard or bag using the loop.
Pair
Add it in the Tagon app and give it a name.
Set a safe area
Draw the geo-fence you want to be alerted about.
Test it
Walk out of range once to confirm the alert reaches you.
Once the tag is registered it appears on the map with the name you gave it.
