Feeding Tagon into a system you already run
Most operations already have a fleet or warehouse platform. Tagon is designed to feed it, not replace it.
Nobody wants another dashboard
An operations team that already runs a fleet platform, a warehouse system and an ERP does not want a fourth screen. They want the assets that are currently invisible to appear in the screen they already use.
That is why Tagon supports third-party API access rather than assuming the Tagon platform is where you will live.
What integration looks like
The Tagon product material documents API access and integration with third-party platforms including Geotab and Gurtam, and TCP/IP connectivity into third-party systems.
In practice this means asset positions and events can be pushed into the platform your operation already runs, so tagged assets appear next to the vehicles you are already tracking.
Where the Tagon platform still earns its place
Even in an integrated deployment, the Tagon platform tends to keep the device-side jobs: registering and managing tags in bulk, battery and device state, and geo-fence configuration.
The operational view — the map people actually work from — can live wherever your team already works.
Starting the conversation
Integration scope depends on what you already run and what you need to appear in it. Tell us the platform and what you would want to see in it, and we will tell you what it takes.
Tell us what you need to track.
Tell us about your assets, your operation and what you need visibility on. We will tell you which Tagon device fits and what a deployment looks like.
What to have ready
- What you need to track, and roughly how many
- Where those assets operate
- Indoors, outdoors, or both
- Any system the data needs to reach
That is usually enough for us to recommend a device and a deployment shape.
